MIRANDA GARZA

I’m Miranda Garza — a Mexican filmmaker based in Savannah, GA. I write, direct, and edit stories that live between psychological drama, surreal horror, and visual art. They’re raw, emotional, and a little chaotic — like life, just more stylized.

I’ve directed Killer Threads, a psychological horror set in the world of high fashion, and The Midnight Slash, a tense descent into paranoia and control.

I also edit — mostly music videos, fashion visuals, and experimental pieces where I get to play with rhythm, color, and emotion. I’m more drawn to the abstract than traditional narrative cuts.

My work is driven by feeling. Inspired by vintage fashion, 70s cinema, and stories that aren’t afraid to be bold or uncomfortable. I’m always chasing visuals that hit hard and stay with you.
